For all courses & demonstrations, full payment is required in advance at time of booking.

A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you with our bank details for payment.

Places/Courses are booked on a first come, first served basis, upon receipt of full payment.

Customers are responsible for informing Coco Blanche of any allergies / intolerances.

Cancellation Policy by Client

90% of the full amount paid will be refunded (10% withheld for administrative costs) for any cancellations up 14 days prior to the event.   Any cancellation within 14 days  up to 48 hours of the event will result in a cancellation fee of 50%.  Cancellation within 48 hours will result in no refunds.

In the unlikely event that CoCo Blanche has to cancel a course the company will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.  If this is not possible customers will be offered a full refund

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Health and Safety

Please wear appropriate clothing for all cooking classes. This especially applies to suitable non-slip and non-open toed footwear. Long hair should be tied back. CoCo Blanche accepts no liability for personal injury, or any loss of or damage to personal property.

CoCo Blanche is covered by public liability insurance.



CoCo Blanche reserves the right to ask any customer to leave without reimbursement of fees if their behaviour is unsafe or unreasonable in any way.
